The Blackwater & Dengie Youth Football League was formed in 1976. We started out serving the local clubs wishing to play football in an organised competition.

​

The League has grown significantly over the years and now has 47 Member clubs, with over 490 teams and more than 5000 players playing from U7 through to U18's across 49 Divisions.

We have 33 Cups being played in the 2023/24 season with finals being held at stadiums in Essex.

We are always looking to expand the league and welcome teams that may be interested in joining a growing competitive league to make contact.
